I assume this is a Windows Registry setting but I cannot find where its. These users are getting their email OK and Ive verified the correct email address is setup on the Exchange Server. Synchronization between the server and client application is done so that whenever there is any modification in the Server-side or client-side, the change gets updated on the other side as well.
